The estimate comes within the week
Call or send the details and Roof Masters schedules a free consultation, usually the same week. Someone climbs the roof, looks at the decking and flashing, and tells you whether you are buying a repair or a replacement.

A lifted row of tabs after a nor'easter is a repair. A roof that has been patched three times is a conversation about replacement. You get the options with the reasons behind them, not a single number to take or leave.

One to two days on the roof
Most residential replacements take one to two days, depending on the size of the roof, the material and the weather. Old roofing comes off, the deck is checked, the new system goes on, and the yard is swept before the trucks leave.

Two warranties and a yearly look
The manufacturer's warranty covers the materials and Roof Masters' workmanship warranty covers the installation. As a GAF Certified Plus Contractor the crew can also offer upgraded GAF warranty options. Then once a year, and once after a major storm, someone checks it again.
